About Us
C.I.S.K.M.V. is one of the premier women’s institution of kurukshetra university. It was founded in march 1993 by late Ch. Ishwar Singh (former speaker of the legislative assembly of the state of Haryana). Located on Kurukshetra – Kaithal road, it is spread over an area of 8.5 acres and is situated in an eco friendly environment. In the past two decades, as the college has grown, several other buildings have been added to its original design. The college has a vast landscape.
The college offers liberal education in humanities, commerce and science to more than 1000 students. The college has both UG and PG programmes. The faculty is renowned for their meritorious profile, talent and dedication to the cause of education. The college has produced women who have done good in various professions.
The college has always maintained high academic standards. The college is imparting moral values to the students simultaneously to make them responsible as well as good citizens. Fashion shows are organized to groom them as well as to boost their confidence.
The college has a good transport facility which has further made education easily accessible to rural girls living in remote areas.
