The National Cadet Corps (NCC) unit at Ch. Ishwar Singh Kanya Mahavidyalaya, led by Lt. Bhawna, consists of 53 dedicated cadets who actively engage in a variety of national-level camps and activities. Their involvement extends beyond training, as they participate in creative initiatives such as poster making and slogan writing, highlighting their commitment to social causes.
A significant focus of the NCC cadets is on cleanliness drives under the Swachhata Abhiyan, promoting hygiene and environmental awareness within the community. Regular classes and daily parade practices help instill discipline and teamwork among the cadets.
Their commitment shines through during national celebrations, where they participate in the march-past on Independence Day (15th August) and Republic Day (26th January) at the college. This showcases not only their dedication to the nation but also their enthusiasm for serving as role models in the community.
